Data Deletion Request

If you would like HyperSales to delete personal data associated with you or your business, you can request deletion at any time using the options below. Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option A — Request via Email (Recommended)

Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" to shubhankar@1percentcoach.in.

Include the following in your request to help us verify and process quickly:

• Your full name and business name (if applicable)
• Email address and phone number used with HyperSales
• Any connected integrations (e.g., Facebook, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
• Confirmation that you want all associated personal data deleted

Subject: Data Deletion Request Hello HyperSales Team, I am requesting deletion of my personal data associated with HyperSales. Name: <your full name> Business (optional): <your business name> Email used: <your email> Phone used: <your phone> Connected integrations: <e.g., Facebook, Google Sheets, WhatsApp> Please confirm when the deletion has been completed. I understand this action is irreversible. Thank you, <your name>

Option B — If You Connected via Facebook

If you connected HyperSales to Facebook, you can remove the app from your Facebook account. This will trigger Meta's Data Deletion Callback to notify us of your request automatically.

1. Go to Facebook > Settings > Business Integrations (or Settings > Apps and Websites).
2. Find "HyperSales" in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove. Confirm the removal.

We will then verify the request and proceed with deletion in accordance with our policy below. If you prefer, you can also send us an email as described in Option A.

What We Delete

• Personal information (name, email, phone, business details) you provided
• Lead and communication data handled by our AI Sales Agent (voice/WhatsApp/email interactions)
• Usage and technical logs associated with your account

What May Be Retained (Limited)

• Records required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or security obligations
• Minimal billing records and transactional logs, if applicable
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you

Verification & Timeline

• We may ask for additional information to verify that you are the account owner.
• Standard processing time is within 7–30 days from verification, depending on data scope and integrations.
• We will email you a confirmation once deletion is completed.
